Wish I could give them 0 stars.Will not give accurate vaccine records.Their photos never on time, they will claim you never called when your online order says they will let you know when they are ready.Moral of the storry don't go here better off at any other pharmacy. Never going back.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the customer service at this CVS specifically PABLO. I had an issue with my order and reached out to their customer service for assistance. However, I found this representative to be unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. The representative's lack of concern and apparent disinterest in addressing my issue left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I will rate it with zero stars if it let me!!! Only chose one star bcus that was the only way I was allowed to comment on here!!!! But it is true! I agree with everybody on here who says cvs pharmacy employees suck and are very very rude! I’ve told em a quiet few things myself already!! Why bother working if ur gonna be bitter and rude all the time!! It’s not our fault ur unhappy and it reflects on everything you do in your job. It pays along way if y’all were caring and smiling and well mannered!! How sad that cvs settles for that kind of mistreatment. Who taught you poor customer service attitudes!!! Y’all should be fired!! Y’all have no compassion patience nor ppl skills to handle all kinds of people!!! Unprofessional!! Changing pharmacies won’t help either bcus there’s always some kind of bitter rude person everywhere now a days!!!!?

Worst in customer service. I waited 2 days for script. Everyone I called was rude, unprofessional, promised to notify me when script would be ready and that never happened. I literally had to get out of bed and drive to pick it up. I had to wait for them to get the script ready cause they still didn't have it ready..... patience is what I prayed for

Will not be coming back. Super rude employees ? Had an appointment for the booster. Upon arrival, they told me to come back cuz they were going out to lunch. I came back and they didn't let me get the vaccine because I wasn't over 50. He said i didnt qualify. Mind you, I was already registered with an appointment and had previously filled out the questionnaire which stated that I was eligable. The employee was condescending. I wasted a lot of time and gas driving back and forth to this location. Ended up going to an Hidalgo County Clinic and they gave me the booster no problem.Also, brought my dad in and they made him wait half an hour even though he had an appointment to get his vaccine.

Come Sunday almost everything is separated by couponers with no limit! I'm talking about shelves that you can't touch because the items are "already taken".I asked worker if they had a limit of items and they said "No, go to another store". I only wanted two shampoos, this lady had like 30. Ridiculous! Pretty much no control or customer service in this store. Pharmacy people are also rude! It is the closest to home, but it is the last choice when I don't have the time to go to the other CVS pharmacies.

Be cautious, this cvs location does NOT practice customer service. The little details and mistakes they do are escalated because their lack of customer service in the job they perform.Thank God I dont live in the area, but seems like these pharmacists may deal with rude customers on a daily basis, and they start their day by being rude to all customers in general. Let me tell you that attitude kills any positive vibe that enters the building. And it makes matters worse.The women behind the pharmacy counter are on a trip of contempt and disrespect for the most minimal explabation or guidance they need to give the customer.Horrible experience for the first time ever at a CVS. I recommend if you live close by to kick in the extra $1 or $2 in gas and drive to the next pharmacy. You will be surprised how amazing cvs employees actually are at different locations.

Wait time is ridiculous on their drive thru for meds. 2 cars in front and 20 minutes. Plus they don’t answer their phones.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, not only do they not answer there calls but they are extremely rude and have no customer service training obviously. I was on hold for over 45 min just so they could pickup the line and hang up on me. Why is this an option if you’re not going to answer our calls and answer any questions or concerns we may have. I will be calling there corporate office to see if they can do anything about it. The sad part is I have to just deal with it since this is the closest pharmacy to where I live. We should not have to wait for someone to want to answer the phone. You are there for a reason, you were employed there for a reason.
