Look at all the bad reviews Fred Loya Insurance has, it for a reason. They use "Loya" to attract minorities to rip them off...FL will take your cash and not pay when you need it most.

this company is a piece of s******* my 2013 buick lacrosse was hit on the side by a vehicle that backed out of a parking space as i was driving through the parking lot. their customer completely rammed my back passenger door as the entire front of my car had already passed. 911 advised that i did not need a police report as no one was injured, we exchanged information, except for dl for their customer, she handed me her passport which was cool as she was listed as an insured driver. fred loya advised me that they would only pay 80% of the damage that was not there before, as they assume that their customer and i were moving at the same time, which is not possible as i was far enough past their customer to not get my right front end or my front passenger door rammed by an idiot backing up without looking. i was moving and she should not have been!!!! im sure their insurance sucks but try to avoid getting into an accident with any with this weak a** insurance because their claims department sucks a***** excuse my language but im very pissed to have to pay out of pocket for their customers bad driving skills. if you have this insurance, please switch. not a reputable company. i wish i could give no stars!!!
