The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. This bank is ok if everything is fine, however, if you happen to have a fraudulent transaction, good luck having anything done. They forward you to a fraud prevention dept. Made 3 attempts to contact them . 1st time 20 mun, 2nd 30 min. Next day 2 hours still no response. Will discontinue accept once this is taken care of.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. . I go in asking for change and am told that I can’t be asking for change from MY bank unless I have a business account. Good to know! Now I can take my business literally anywhere else.
