“I live in South Texas where the cities do not recycle. It’s disheartening. (You can recycle, but the communities are not educated about how to do so and you have to bag up all of your recycling and load it in your car to take it to a recycling center. The center that actually doesn’t throw most items in the trash is 30-40 minutes away.) Then, there’s Staples. My goodness, they recycle so many items!!! From pens and pencils to electronics, batteries and more, they take so much! THEN, they give you a coupon for $10 off your purchase that day, just as a thank you for recycling. THEN, you earn points for recycling just as you do for making purchases. I didn’t know that and when I went to pay for an item, I ended up getting more than $35 off my purchase thanks to the $10 coupon + my points earned from recycling. Woot woot! Not bad at all. Thank you for helping our environment by accepting so many recyclables, Staples, especially school and office supplies. ❤️”

“This staff was so amazing, shout out to Thomas and Sergio, they helped me in my crisis! I drove to Mcallen all the from Los Fresnos to get my fingerprinting done. The last UPS store was unable to help me get them done so in a desperate effort I drove to S 10th to see if they could help me and they did! They went above and beyond to get this task done and I’m so grateful! They were the only two working and they were still so attentive when they got busy. Great branch!!!”

The box was pretty beat up even though it was marked as fragile but ultimately the contents seem fine and I wouldn't be able to say where the improper handling occurred. UPS customer service said this location was not open on Saturday, but it is as the google description shows.”
