Worst service & customer service to ever exist. They never answer the phones, no one can ever troubleshoot over the phone because the technician is never available. They never return calls or emails, the receptionist is clueless all the time. I cancelled my services after two months of the wifi being out and I have been waiting over a week for them to come pick up their equipment so I can get a different service. They offered “credit” for the time I didn’t get my service and I not once saw any discount on my account. I am exhausted trying to reach out to these people. The manager/owner was supposed to call me and its been over a month and still no call from her. They need to be closed down for good. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE INSTALLED IN YOUR HOME.

Super bad customer service, they give you a lot of turns to give you service, they tell you that they are going to come and that they are going to talk to you afterward and I have been waiting for the call for a week and they never gave me results and that they had to talk to my renter and then They wanted my renter to provide service for everyone here, the woman who assisted me neither in Spanish nor English answered my irresponsible doubts and bad character and then they wanted me to buy a pole to give me service

Used to have spectrum until this company came in and made some kind of deal with the owners of the apartment complex to literally cut all the spectrum wiring and forced all the residents to switch to wifi4u. Now im paying spectrum prices for slow internet, with debilitating lag, and with daily connection issues. They say their technicians are working on it but the service never gets better. Their customer service department provides plenty of excuses but never any real results. They are real quick to charge a late fee tho. Stay away from from this company if you can help it!
