“I got my 2011 Silverado by these guys done they did a stage 2 engine and transmission and also other little stuff while there and honestly being 2 or little over 2 months they did it and I’m so glad how the truck been running and also had an oil leak but none that they replaced or anything …. I visited H & M on a Saturday morning, a few minutes after they opened. One of my tires had a nail. As soon as I arrived, after I explained the problem, they immediately went to work. In less than 5 minutes, they had the tire plugged (they patch, too) and back on the car. On top of everything, they were friendly and patient with me.

“I went into the Alvarado location mistaking it for Auto Zone due to the similar design and color. I went to give Diane my number to purchase a item. She informed me that I wasn't in Auto Zone but she was willing to help me if she could. When I provided her with the item information, she didn't have it in stock but called down to another location auto parts store and got me the item instantly and cheaper then her quote. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone. Just ask for Diane.”
“Just bought a truck for my son and the front tires date is 2021 so figured it would be time for a couple of tires to replace those. Gentlemen explained to me how they are really nice and the tread life on them is still really good so he wouldn't even consider replacing them for at least another year or 10k miles minimum. Super honest guy and has my total respect because he could have made an easy sell yet chose to call it like he sees it. Thanks again as it's greatly appreciated.”
“I would like to thank Don Harris of Centramatic for going above and beyond helping me. I couldn't find Centramatic wheel balancers for Cam Am Spyders and Don stated they had been discontinued several years ago. I was sorry to hear this news as I had purchased a set in 2018 for a 2015 Spyder and loved them. I could tell the difference immediately. A couple days later I received a call from Don and he found one set on the shelf in a store room. Once I verified nothing had changed in wheel and rim size for my current Spyder, Don gave me a fair price and I purchased them. I received them a couple days later, installed them and they work just as great as they did 8 years ago. Thank you Don for following through.”
“Not a large selection of new tires but a good selection of used tires at fair prices. I had thrown a weight off one of the front tires on my truck, causing it to shake violently. Asked them to check balance, noticed that there was a large amount of weights being used to balance them. They were nice enough to break them down reposition the tire remove the unsightly weights from the outside of my mirror polished Chrome mags rebalance them mount them back on my truck at the proper torque checked the air pressure in my other 4 tires without me asking. 20 minutes $20 I was on my way.”

“I read the reviews and lots of complaints but not from me! The first time I called they answered, had the engine I needed at a good price. When I arrived (1 hour drive for me) he gave me a different engine, but asked first. I said yes because it was newer with less miles. however when I went to swap we pulled the valve covers and found a broken head bolt! YIKES - called him several times no answer & no VM as they were full but he did text me later and said he was not open because he had the flu. 2 days later he delivered the original engine I looked at and swapped for the bad one at no charge. We kept it to texting & that seemed to work better for him (owner operator small business) He was always friendly and professional and stood behind his warranty. I would not hesitate to use him again!”
