I was in total need of help when I came to AutoZone..you see my battery needed checked.. my car broke down as I drove up..Eddie put my battery in a charger to get me by till I could make it home.. he then proceeded to get me a chair and let me wait in the store. Instead of being out in the heat...Thank you AutoZone for hiring people like him

This store has one of the best employees!
Russ L. Helped me out tonight by replacing my light bulbs on my car. I stopped by due to lights were out. He got the bulbs for the lights replaced them on my car. Put me back on the road in no time now I won’t get stopped for light not working. Exceptional service thanks Russ!! I really appreciate it. God bless you.

I ordered a couple of parts online and drove to Crowley to pick up a radiator. The thermostat arrived 3 days later and it didn't even go to the right store. The guy at the counter was great but the manager was an idiot, hiding behind Don't expect help from AutoZone Online or that guy.

I broke down on a trip and was stranded in Alvarado. My first stop was AutoZone. I told them the problem and they knew they couldn’t address it there but pointed me to a shop within walking distance that was able to help! Thankful for businesses that help just to help. Speaks to a strong community. PS I made a purchase there any way since they were so wonderful.

By far best location, they actually had parts for my car that I can’t find other places, and the guy working there was super knowledgeable and I learned a lot just talking to him for an hour. Highly recommend this autozone
