The Pharmacy in Alvarado is terrible. Rude people with no customer service skills at all. Everything is just a burden to them, how long do us as Customers have to keep making excuses for terrible service because of COVID.

Since moving to Alvarado 2 years ago, I have dreaded doing business with the CVS Pharmacy. Customer Service and a sense of urgency to meet the customers need was totally lacking and wait times on the drive up was excruciating. Flippant attitudes were normal. BUT!!!!!!!!!!! I actually had the best day EVER at CVS Pharmacy today. My drive thru experience was only 7 minutes, my medicine and insurance was not messed up and best of all, Blanca served us in a friendly and professional manner. What a wonderful feeling that was!! Thank you Blanca and CVS, today you deserved the 4 star rating. Keep it up.

Called because the website says the pharmacy department is open late and I wanted to confirm. I'm assuming who answered is a tech because they answered the standard "cvs how can I help you". I responded asking if this was the pharmacy department, and the girl said "CVS PHARMACY HOW CAN I HELP YOU ??" after I asked my question and I could hear another girl in the back ground yelling "serrioussslyyy ???". Attitudes in this place are unprofessional and unnecessary. The websites aren't always correct and people shouldn't be treated like idiots for trying to use the service. This staff has a trash attitude and I didn't appreciate it .

The wait time here is ridiculous. 20-30mins??? They need to figure something out. Hire more staff or something. The one In Burleson is so much faster.
