Called because the website says the pharmacy department is open late and I wanted to confirm. I'm assuming who answered is a tech because they answered the standard "cvs how can I help you". I responded asking if this was the pharmacy department, and the girl said "CVS PHARMACY HOW CAN I HELP YOU ??" after I asked my question and I could hear another girl in the back ground yelling "serrioussslyyy ???". Attitudes in this place are unprofessional and unnecessary. The websites aren't always correct and people shouldn't be treated like idiots for trying to use the service. This staff has a trash attitude and I didn't appreciate it .

This CVS Pharacy is as slow as molasses. BRING A BOOK AT THE DRIVE THRU. They have no sense of urgency in this store. Customer service is truly lacking. They honestly could give a crap less about meeting your needs in a timely manner. I have called ahead to speak with anyone in the pharmacy and have waited up to 27 minutes on one occasion only to have someone pick up the phone and hang up and disconnect the call. I had to start the process all over again waiting an additional 34 minutes. I have requested a Manager on 2 occasions and the wait time was over 18 minutes and issues were not solved. CVS SUX IN ALVARADO, TEXAS. NO ONE CARES IN THIS STORE.

Not incredibly friendly but I blame the company for hiring folks that obviously aren't being monitored properly. If I was their corporate reviewer, I'd fire the whole pharmacy!

By far the worst Pharmacy around. I choose to come to this one because driving wise it's convenient. I swear every time I go inside to pick my medicine up it's something. For example today I called this morning to make sure all my prescriptions are ready. I get confirmation that they are. So I arrive at 2 o'clock this afternoon to pick them up and I'm there for a flipping hour. Why should someone have to wait that long when the so called prescriptions are already done. The pharmacist I don't think could get any worse. Every time you go in she is on the verge of a mental break down. Seems like she can't handle the stress of filling prescriptions. A matter of fact she hit the floor screaming just the other day when I was in there. There is only one staff member named Carissa who is actually great at her job and makes sure everyone is taken care of. So for anyone looking for a new pharmacy, stay clear of this awful one. Unless you are okay waiting all day long.

By far the worst customer service! I got to the door at 9:58 rushing because they close at 10 the door was closed but with a soft push they opened. I walked quickly to what I needed grabbed it an announcement was made that the store was closing (the announcement was at 10:00pm) I made my selection and walked to the front of the store. Where I waited behind an employee while the two employees had a conversation. The employee behind the register helped me without saying a words then asked the other employee to walk me out. The employee that walked me out said "you were supposed to open the doors" then maybe they should have locked them. Oh wait it wasn't 10pm lousy customer service. If your hours say until 10 pm you should help any customer who comes through your door before 10pm.
