Maybe have actual people answer the phone to check on prescription statuses instead of a garbage automated system that doesn't work properly.

HORRIBLE customer service! It is impossible to get to speak with someone in the pharmacy! Your only option is to leave a voicemail and wait for an hour for someone to call you back! Get rid of the computer answering system and get a REAL PERSON on the phone!

Absolutely terrible customer and physician services. Wouldn’t use them if my own or families life were depending on it. It would be in best interest for you to close altogether, reconvene, and just figure it out because you guys are all a JOKE
