Terrible. The manager for the pharmacy has poor customer service. Refuses to assist with any problems. Does not want to do the job. Go to another location. This pharmacy does not care at all!

Avoid at all costs. So ridiculous, they have ONE job and cant even do it correctly or at all at that. It’s always something with this pharmacy. Spend the extra gas to go to Cleburne or Burleson. I have issues with them every 3 months with not cooperating with my doctor, always saying its not time to refill when it is. Today I am sick, my regular family doctor didnt send my prescription so I took it to CVS and they said they’d put it in and text me in a few hours to let me know that it is ready. 4 hours have gone by, I cannot breathe, shortness of breathe and a horrible cough, they told me they hadnt even put the prescription in and its nowhere in the system. Gave me the run around acting like they were looking for it when it was clear they knew they didnt have it so just forget about it and get it done now instead of the run around wasting my time.

I am so disappointed with this locationThey seem to never have the medication prescribed and it is more than a week to get it if at all.I have since transferred all of my scripts to another pharmacy. Between disrespectful pharmacy employees and not getting my meds I will no longer continue my patronage

If you looked up the word incompetent in the dictionary, a picture of this CVS would appear. After experiencing COVID symptoms for a few days and learning that a co-worker tested positive yesterday, I went to the CVS website to schedule a COVID test. I have had previous tests here before with no issues. This particular location came up on the list with available appointment so I scheduled my test for today. When I arrived at my appointment time I was informed that they didnt have the equipment necessary to do tests. Excuse me, what? So after 3 years of this you dont have equipment to do testing? And being that school just started and we're heading into cold/flu season, you didnt have the foresight and critical thinking skills to order tests as they didnt have any tests in the store. The last thing i need to do is drive around looking for what should be a no brainer in stock. And why does this location show available appointments for tests? I better get a refund for what they charged me for the non-existent test. Completely incompetent and unacceptable. Last time I use this joke of a pharmacy.

This CVS has some issues. Not so much the store but the pharmacy is understaffed and over worked. Not large enough waiting area inside. It takes a long time to get your refills. The only reason why I go is because I get the best price compared to other places.

Why would any medical related store (CVS) have a pharmacy employee with stringy blonde hair, partially hot pink, and wearing a mouse ear headband to help customers with their medications? You’re in the medical industry. Look like it when you’re working.

The CVS in Alvarado, Texas is very organized, clean and the crew is very helpful.You always see the same faces which as a business owner can tell their turn over is very low and that’s amazing!It’s obvious they work as a team and Management does a great job!Highly recommended ?

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. The front of the store is great. Please send your prescriptions elsewhere. I have had numerous problems with this pharmacy. It really feels like they just do not care to be helpful.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Came in tonight to get formula for my daughter. When I pulled one of the cards off the shelf, an employee told me they were out of a majority of them. I then suggested them taking down the cards and she proceeded to give me the biggest attitude about it. Maybe y’all should look into more friendly and efficient workers instead of hiring people who can’t even bless y’all with the bare minimum.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! My husband has the flu and he got tamiflu ordered from teledoc. We drive all the way in the ice to pick it up and the lady at the counter was so rude and said they wouldn’t fill it because they all had to go home! They didn’t have their closing hours posted, we tried to call to see if they were open and no answer for 10 minutes. I hate this place with a passion!!!!

The pharmacist is completely rude for absolutely no reason when speaking to customers, if you are not happy go to Walgreens or something but do not take it out on customers, without us CVS won't need you remember that!
