Staff was very friendly and helpful, but there were a few problems with my shotgun that was worked on once I received it. The new grip that was installed was not centered to the rifle, and the magazine tube cap was not tight enough, so the grip and barrel were loose and kept moving forward and backward.

Went to buy an RS nine suppressor from them as he said he had one when I got there he only had one and it was a demo can. that had been shot who knows how many times. could not get me a new one was very disappointing as I drove and spent a lot of time going to them to purchase a can. Expectations were not met as I thought I was buying a new product and I was not. Supper bummed
