I went to buy blinker bulbs at the Alvarado location. Mike, the manager helped me and he went out to my car and fixed both my blinker bulbs. He was the nicest man. I will return there for all my auto parts from now on. He was so helpful. Thank you so much Mike!

I received excellent customer service from the Manager, Mike today. He was such a sweet and kind man after multiple days of car trouble. He changed my very difficult battery today, and was a kind soul when I was having a rough day. I will be back when needed!

While headed to the waterpark my car threw a bad battery code. Hoping it was a fault, I pulled in to Oreilley's in Alvarado and the manager Mike Pleasant was fantastic!! He came outside and checked for any faulty codes. After returning no bad codes, he went inside to replace the code checker with the battery and alternator testing equipment. While inside, he rang up another customer but was sure to communicate with me that he was still involved in my situation. He then came outside and ran the battery and alternator, and explained what was going on. Thankfully, nothing was wrong, and as I type this my wife is driving us down to the water park. Thanks Mike Pleasant at Oreilleys in Alvarado!

Honestly I had an awful morning with not being able to pick up my son my car breaking down and waiting for this store opened. I was greeted by the most helpful person I’ve ever met in a oreilys auto zone he helped and went outta his way to not once but for every customer tht came in.Would definitely send a letter to ceo to make Mike manager but turns out he already is lol
