DO NOT order from this company. My wheels were missing some of the decorative chrome rivets from over the years. I had ordered part number ASAR001C-X16 which should be a quantity of 16. I received part number ASAR001C which is only 6. I had email one representative on two different occasions. No response. I emailed a different email address on the invoice and did not receive a response. I've tried to call their phone number multiple times and no answer. They have left me no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Ordered 4 center cap screws from SFX. They shipped to an address in Florida instead of my address in NY. They do not respond to email or answer the phone. Don't buy from them.

Ordered accessory bolts for wheels- the black color was chipped on all 120 bolts. Very poor quality.
Tried to get ahold of them to no avail.
Won't reply to email or calls.

Placed an order for rim caps on 12 Sep. The company responded within 5 hours to let me know that they only had 2 of 4 in stock but would have more in stock in about a week. They wanted to know if they could wait to ship all 4 together. Agreeing to this was a BIG mistake. They have since ghosted me and haven't responded to the 5 emails that I've sent them requesting an update. They also have no one to answer the phone and you can't leave a voicemail...although I imagine leaving a voicemail would go unanswered as well. They certainly had no problem taking the money out of my account in a timely manner. Extremely frustrated with this company and will never do business with them again. Really wish Google had a 0 star review as this is what this business deserves.

Ordered a “SOLID” front sway bar on April 5th 2025. Waited over two months and got the wrong “HOLLOW” front sway bar on 10 June 2025. Choosing a small business over JEGS/Summit Racing was a massive mistake. It’s bad enough not having parts available for US spec cars stationed overseas and dealing with poor stateside customer service. APO, AE folks, I do not recommend.

I messed up my initial order I made. My fault. I received my package and sent an email and Chriss replied within 10 minutes. He was very helpful and I ordered more of what I needed. I wish all companies had customer support like this. Thank you so much SFX Performance! Well done!

SFX Performance is a pleasure to deal with and an awesome eseller. They had exactly what I was looking for and the design of their website meant I was able to find it by part# with a Google search. I googled the part # I was looking for, found it on the SFX Performance website, and proceeded to purchase. No other search results besides SFX's gave me confidence i would be buying the right part. Shipping was unbelievably fast and the item was well packaged. I received order confirmations, shipping notification with tracking, a link back to my reciept in case I needed it, and my email to them was responded to promptly. Good communication, fast shipping, and ease of transaction all made this a pleasant experience. Great products at competitive prices with excellent customer service means SFX Performance will stay at the top of my list next time I need parts. Thank you, SFX Performance!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT! READ THE REVIEWS AND DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!Very shady customer service! I ordered a sway bar for a 1996 f150. after corresponce with SFX it was determined to "fit" the vehicle. when I recived the item it would only fit if you had the factory sway bar in place. I checked the manufacters website and determined that it was in fact only to replace the OE part. After I informed SFX they changed the listing and issued me an RMA # for the return. I shipped it back at MY cost. A week had gone by after they had recived the return and I still hadn't heard from SFX. When I called to inquire they assured me they had recived it and would issue a return. Later that day just before the close of business they refunded me but it was much less than what I paid. Of course by the time I discovered this it was after business hours. I immediateley sent an email with my concerns and all of our correspondances. Again this was ignored and i had to call to accutally get clarification. After spending 5 mins telling me that it was the right part in spite of the fact that they felt the need to change the listing after I brought it to their attention. They told me that they were trying to get the owner to waive a restocking fee. No where on the listing does it state that there would be a restocking fee or i would not have placed the order. After being interupted by the person on the phone multiple times I was very annoyed and told them I would be requesting a chargeback and be leaving this review. They told me they weren't going to argue with me and placed me on hold. Guess what happend at 5pm? you guessed it i was hung up on.AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
