Horrible place, doesn't not care about customers, sales defective products, will not replace bad products or refund money. Would not even give 1 star if that were possible.Very rude about it too.

Never been in the store but from the phone call terrible didn't say hello just straight "what" when i asked about if they were hiring did not even let me get my full sentence out before saying no and hanging up in my face. From what i'm seeing they don't know how to speak to people maybe best i didn't work there lol

My friend went in to get a vape for me as I’m disabled. She with help picked out the perfect one.. It’s a Core Infinity Cool Mint.. It’s great. They found the perfect one for me. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Thanks a lot Tobacco and Gift Shop!!! I’ll be back.

They don’t open on time, overpriced compared to other shops in the area (I usually pay $7-$10 less elsewhere) and carts aren’t great quality. I’ve gotten the same brands at other shops and don’t have the clogging problems I have with theirs. Even though this shop is conveniently close to me I will still drive out to Burleson for my stuff instead.
