I had a very negative experience with a staff member ( male ) in charge of passports. He was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I visited only for the photo service and to mail some papers. When I handed him the money, he rudely told me to leave it on the counter and just left my change there without handing it to me nicely. Despite trying to be polite, he was the rudest person I encountered. I wouldn't recommend this place if he's at the front desk, as his customer service is quite poor. I would rate my experience a 0 out of 10.

This isn’t about the facility directly, but about a package delivery. We have been expecting an important package for days. Informed delivery said it would be here today. Problem is, our house is a ways back from the road. The package was literally dumped off next to the road in the grass after it had been raining. If my husband hadn’t been waiting for it outside, there’s a possibility it could have been stolen. Luckily, we were home and were able to retrieve it quickly. Contents inside were from my husband’s recently deceased father and are irreplaceable.

Spoke with customer support and was advised to come to this location.. but it turns out they DO NOT do passports at this location at all. Their website is not correct, do not waste your time. 🙏🏽

They sent my package to Keene, Keene sent it back to them they then send it back to Keene and Keene sent it to fort Worth then fort Worth sent it to Dallas. How are they going to send my package to Keene I live on 917 it's right near the gas stations next to Cummings how hard is it to deliver a package. This place needs to be investigated and get a whole takeover with all new people who will do their jobs the right way. This is getting ridiculous

The tall white man at the front desk was very rude to multiple people. They were 7 or 8 minutes late opening the door and there was a good line formed already. When we went into the first room after he unlocked it. Three older ladies asked about passports and he snapped towards them as he told them they don't do it there anymore and that it doesn't matter if they have a appointment. That someone was supposed to notify them. Then another older man simple asked about a address change. He snapped towards him and said sir if you move out my way I will be able to go behind the counter and help the first customer. Thean repeated and the employee pointed to a countertop in the other room and said it should be over there. The man was confused so I helped him. Then when I went to the counter I explained one problem. He said I had to go to the other window and talk to a supervisor. When I told him I needed my mail he told me I needed to go talk to a supervisor again. I told him I just need my mail forget the other problem. He snapped at me and repeated himself. I went to the other door and I admit I rang the bell more times then I needed to, but from within the other office room at the counter he yells at the top of his lungs HEYYYYY. So loud it startled a elder woman and two little kids shorter than about 4ft. They jumped and turned away and walked out.
I read some reviews and see this isn't the first time he has complaints about him. What is the post office going to do about this? Do we need to get a petition signed or go to your HR or even record him? I feel that people shouldn't be belittled by anyone especially from your local post office.

I don’t even know what to say about this interaction 😭 White guy was weirdly racist, creepy and somewhat impatient, he just came off really rude and I was literally about to have a panic attack from how nasty he was. I’m just a minor who wants her passport done, please theres no reason to be lowkey racist and rude, and for the love of all that is good, don’t give me a nickname when I don’t even know you??? Thats so creepy.

Worst experience ever, I had a passport appointment, apparently they had to cancel all appointment because the attendant had an emergency, few minutes I come back and she was doing passport aplications. That tall guy was very rude, he said I was notified by email and I did not get the cancellation notice.

Had an appointment at 1:30pm on a Friday that I had to work with my Job to allow me the time go to during the work week. I walked inside roughly 15 minutes early to make sure I was in the right place and ready. Was promptly told that I likely wouldn't be able to have my appointment met and best thing to do would be to go back to the parking lot and cancel my appointment. The reason I was given was that one of the employees had a medical emergency leaving the office short staffed and unable to keep appointments I guess? Everything I've seen says passport appointments even with photo services take about 15 minutes but after reading some of the other reviews and issues people have had, specifically with passport appointments/services, I am not surprised with the experience.
I would recommend steering clear of this office. If passport services are required and it's at all possible I would go to another office. Probably best to just close this locations passport services operation as they seem to not want to honor them and when they do are begrudging about it.

Horrible and rude customer service called about 3 times kept on getting put on hold until I hung up asked Nicely if I had any mail upholded here and a women named Rene or idk what kept on hanging on me and having a horrible attitude saying she couldn’t or wouldn’t do her job . I don’t know why people who don’t like to work , work at all .

Usps employee Tall white older male short hair works counter is very difficult to deal with every transaction i have ever done at this post office. He has a power trip attitude. This person needs customer service training, another position or a new job. Please correct this difficult person.

Passports application are NOT WALK INS they only take 10 people and you have to be there when they open, also guy at front desk is trash
