Our carrier is the worst. He never gets the mail into the right box. We are doing his job for him. If you call to complain nothing and I mean nothing is done about it. We are sick and tired of doing his job. We've lived at the same place since 2012 and have never had this problem.

I am tired of not getting packages because our delivery driver does not know how to use a call button. My whole family is home, we didn't see the driver until he drove off and left a "sorry we missed you" paper. Yeah you deliberately missed us. On purpose. Same as alway. You suck.

The package tracking says delivered but it isn't. It may come the next day but not always. This has happened more than a few times in Alvarado Texas

Every time I am to receive a package from USPS, it will state (customer requested for package to be held at post office and attempted delivery) on the day Im supposed to receive it. Even though there was never any attempted delivery made ( I guess my camera is faulty only when I’m supposed to be receiving a package) this is ridiculous and then I have to hunt mail man down or leave a note to get any response from them.

We had an appointment for a passport renewal, and the lady was very helpful, friendly, and fast, and she was working for passports and post office service by herself.

People are so rude here. Accused me of stealing money from the government and the post office. Can't deliver a package because they can't get out and walk to my door. Still dnt have my package.

They have lost 2 of my important pieces of mail. I've heard they are known to steal peoples mail here avoid this post office at all cost! THEY ARE SCAMERS!

Yet another disappointment. I really thought they had fixed the problems over there. Last year I had a problem with this post office giving or stealing my packages that required my signature in order to be picked up.Now happy birthday oh sorry we're going to keep the gift cards your relatives sent your kids. Pretty coincidental that all my bills make it but everything of value does not.

Worst post office I’ve been to in my life, there was a man in the front who was being rude to EVERYONE in line. I was there for my passport appointment and he even said at one point “I’m Sorry I cannot help you”.

Horrible experience ?Passaport appointment was at 10 the guy took 2 exact hours to help me with it and all that time I was sitting in my car whenever it’s 100 degrees ?Come inside to remind him I was still outside and he decides to help me then tells me he doesn’t sells money orders and and that time I was sitting in my car he should of told me and I could of go and buy one instead of him telling me at the end ?at this point don’t do appointments if you will be proving service 2 hours later .

I just had the worst customer service experience of my entire 62 years of life at the United States Post Office-Alvarado, TX. I had a 9:00am passport appointment for my grandson. we arrived 10 mins early and the postal clerk name James assisted us. he had an attitude from the get go. without looking at any of the paperwork he told me I could not do it. I kept trying to explain to him that I had the necessary paperwork to submit the passport. he was rude, condescending and just walked away from the counter. I hated that my 11 year old grandson had to witness an adult being so rude and speaking to people the way he did to his grandmother. I just stood there in disbelief that someone would have spoken to me like that. he came back out and I ask him if the passport person was there to help me and he said "I am that person". I ask him if I could talk to a supervisor. a man by the name of Scott came out and processed my paperwork and took the fees $195.00's for the passport. I did express my concern of how James treated me. I plan to take this to the highest level of management of the Post Office Service. he does not deserve to be a frontline customer service employee. I personally would never want to work with or for him. this was the second visit to the Alvarado post office in 6 months and James both times has been very rude. I hope that his supervisor would take note of my concerns and complaints about James.

Post office delivered package with $200+ worth in clothing to wrong household. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES. Was told on Thursday this would be taken care of by Monday. It is now the following Thursday and nobody has called to update about missing package. Should hire people with common sense and good customer service. Shouldn't be leaving packages at wrong household. Lady who I spoke with over the phone stated there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue and seemed defensive as to why I was calling for updates/ complain. 0/10 customer service

Takes forever to get an appointment for a passport and then you have to wait an hour to be seen anyway. Oh and forbid you ask a question for clarification or you have to reschedule for another appointment. Lazy people

These people are so rude and unfriendly. I have never ever experienced anything like that in a post office before. I had a 1230 appointment for a passport photo. I was seven minutes early and he sent me back out to my car to wait until my time. There was nobody else in the building. I could not physically hand anything to the person and I touched the credit card kiosk and slightly moved it and he got all bent out of shape about that and moved it back. The 1 inch that I had moved it. Dude has some serious issues.
