If we could give negative stars, I would. I was recently in the store at 2480 S HWY35 alvin,TX around approximately 4pm (11/16/23) upon entering I accidentally knocked over a wet floor sign that was hidden behind the door advertisement. Apologized and reset the sign a bit back at to not be hit by the door again. Noticing there was a second one within a foot of the previous mentioned sign and another foot from the bucket. The guy working the counter (something that starts with a "K") openly and infront of other customers and children complained while being snide. I Apologized again but the attendant continued not caring for an honest mistake. I selected my items and went to the counter. THE GUY WAS STILL LOST IN HIS EMOTIO AL STATE. He scanned my items then tossed a bag on the counter for me to bag. Either retrain this employee or replace them.

This 7-eleven is also an Exxon gas station. As an ExxonMobil retiree, this station is an embarrassment to me. The printers at the pumps never work (they probably just never put paper in them). I don't know whether this is to get people to come inside and buy things or the proprietor is just lazy and doesn't care about customer service. Either way, I don't recommend this station.

Not a appropriate establishment saw a Manager associate go to the cooler and start drinking alcohol and then go back to the register drinking on the job and a manger mind you and associate are on their phone and making phone calls while they are checking you out at the register very disrespectful.

I love 7-11 stores. As a kid, we had them as the most prevalent convenience store in the Houston Area. Suddenly they disappeared and were replaced by Stop N Go stores for decades. suddenly Stop N Go vanished. In the last decade, a local independent store switched it's employees uniforms and slowly the equipment and signage to 711 brand logos. The outside of the store remained as it was when still an independent store. Maybe two years ago the 711 sign was installed and then months later the store was repainted in the 711 motif and close to 7 other local independents and a couple of chain stores have donned the 711 branding. What I love about this rebranding into the 711 family is consistent quality of products that is inconsistent anywhere else. The coffee was something I loved about 711 before and now continues with them returning. If I like a coffee at my 711 on my hometown, I can be sure it will be as good at the 711 I find wherever I go. They carry fountain or fresh brewed iced tea at all 711s and other stores it is a crapshoot.Their own brand of products has shown to be of good value and variety and also have plenty of unique items also

Today, at 12pm, we filled with gas ( at 7- eleven , by Home Depot in Alvin TX) and as usual there was no receipt at the pump. I went inside to get a receipt and I asked why no receipt at the pump. The two women at the desk, the older woman, looked like manager/ supervisor very aggressively spoke to me in a very rude manner. Why that happened? All I wanted was a receipt and to let them know there was none at the pump. And by the way, nether one wore a mask

This is the second time I've been into this store during the pandemic. The first time, there were a few hillbillies allowed in without masks. I went in the second time at 9:15 on January 23, and the mask mandate was not only not enforced on the two brats in front of me, but the cashier took his off to talk to them for a bit about which bar they were headed to for the evening. Might as well go ahead and take the sign declaring the mandate down. Definitely just going to Buccees next time.
