I am SO GLAD I walked into ACE this morning and Colleen was working! She greeted me with a "Good morning, may I help you?" Which is the proper way to start, unlike the cashier at CVS who was quite rude and grumpy.She told me she was the manager, and that's why her service was top notch.I will be taking my business to ACE in the future because she helped me set up my direct deposit as well as a new PORTE black card.Colleen was so patient, kind and went above and beyond the call of duty! I wish every daily banking transaction was this easy and helpful! Give Colleen a BIG RAISE, YOU GAINED A NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY!God bless you ???
