Customer service at this place is garbage. They never answer the phone, they never return phone calls. When you rent from there they don't show you the unit they tell you to go look at it yourself. Office is always closing early. Even since the original owner passed away this place has gone down hill

Been renting for years , I feel my belongings are safe since I've never had an issue there.

Visited with pal. Like any other storage place. Seems decently maintained. Having to use a code to exit seemed a bit much.
