I signed up with amerigas for the first time. I was told that someone had to be there for the first time fill up. Waited to be contacted by company to setup appt and never got contacted. They came and filled up the tank. I called when I received a paper bill when I signed up for paperless billing. The representative was so rude to me that I finally hung up the phone. I am not impressed with your customer service at all. I don’t know if y’all ever performed the necessary test on the tank when y’all filled it up. Which is what I was trying to explain to the guy in the phone but he basically acted like I was stupid and asked what the problem was. Clearly he was having a bad day. But I don’t appreciate being talked to the way he talked to me after I was trying to find out if they did all the necessary tasks since we were not present when the job was performed.

Service is lousy. Been a customer for 10 years. Not anymore... You need to pick your propane tank up off our property don't need it or your lying to us anymore.....

ZERO ability to schedule refills...I have call numerous times. I get a call center where they run you in circles...Still no refill! And this is my 1st refill!!!!I wonder how long I can put up with this poor service??

The local phone number is useless it always rings to a customer service line where you can't understand what they're saying. Also, amerigas recently changed their tank rental waiver policy without notification. Essentially, they wanted more money so they increased the usage amount to qualify for tank rental waiver. Will be looking for a different company.

The service was good. My only issue was that I placed my order online and my order was forgotten, and I waited for about a month before I called to find out what happened. Once it was recognized of the error, a driver came the next day. That is the only issue that I had. I like that service and the pricing.

Everyone I have spoken to and the tech that came have been amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. This is our first time living in a home fueled by propane that we almost didn't buy the home. It has been a great experience and we are better because of them and the support they have provided us. Thank you much!!

I dont think delivery was as fast as the first time we used AmeriGas but still out in a timely manor. No other issues

Your first mistake, 1) getting rid of a human at each facility 2) having a "comments" section on the computer generated propane refill order that won't let you type in enough to even put 2 sentences in there, such as "please call 281-787-----". Or I want my delivery after August 24th, as I will not run out of propane. Please call me to let me know when I am scheduled. 3) moving your "call center" to Pakistan or wherever it is. I think every company in the United States who moves their customer service departments to foreign countries should be tried for treason.

Went by there at 6:55pm on Friday, June 30, 2023 to get my grill bottle refilled (posted hours of operation are until 8pm on weekdays). There was a p/u truck parked in front of trailer, the gate to facility was wide open, but "closed" sign was in window by door of trailer and no one appeared to be inside or on the property, as I searched for them. Posted hours said open until 8pm. If you are changing your hours of operation, then CHANGE THE POSTING, otherwise have personnel available to wait on customers. Also, having gate wide open, with NO EMPLOYEES AROUND is a HAZARD to the public since it is NOT SECURE from vandalism or WORSE! I will not be returning to such a poorly run facility.*EDIT* The "Owner" posts ONLINE that the facility "..is closely monitoring coronavirus developments, and remains committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees. For the safety of our employees and customers Amerigas offices are not accepting walk-in visits.." Well, COVID has been determined by the U.S. Government to be over, so if they are continuing to be closed to walk-ins regardless of COVID or not, it needs to be not only highlighted on Google Maps, but SIGNAGE AT THE LOCATION needs to be in place stating that they DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS for refills.This DOES NOT alleviate them from having a HAZARDOUS, UNGUARDED FACILITY that has UNLOCKED gates WIDE OPEN with NO ONE IN SIGHT to stop anybody from entering the tankage/pumping area for nefarious reasons. This MUST BE ADDRESSED ASAP as it poses a hazard to both the City of Alvin and more importantly to surrounding businesses and residents.

We are on "Keep Full" yet we have to call for delivery because they only seem to come out when propane prices are high. It has been over a year since they came out. We are now around 10% full. How is that "Kept Full"? Now, even when you call the local number you are routed to a call center. I have been trying since last week to get a delivery yet nothing has happened. I'm over it! Thankfully I own my tank and can easily go with someone else. Someone truly local.

I have not had any tech on my property since December. The tank is on the back of our property and any visitors must be let in through a privacy fence to access it. Also no tag or sticker of any sort was left. I've checked surveillance and confirmed no employee has come to discover supposed corrosion, I really think we've just been tossed around due to overloads in delivery or understaffing. Per your many reviews, this is not out of the norm for Amerigas to drop the ball throwing safety and professionalism out the window. We have 6 children with special needs ranging from 16 to 3 years that have been severely affected by Amerigas' negligence and lies. I need someone to realize that out of the several weeks of "issues" stopping my delivery NOT ONCE HAS AMERIGAS CONTACTED ME. Not even after I've requested to close my account has someone cared enough to actually hear me. I've even asked for a temporary solution while they get their ducks in a row by asking if they'd bring just a couple BBQ tanks to be able to cook with and NOTHING! I'm tired of waking up and having Amerigas on my to do list, from experience ...THEY'RE HOPELESS! This is incredibly unacceptable and I'd like someone to REACH ME ASAP

The last few times I have had my gas for I have not gotten a delivery ticket I have no way of knowing how much gas you actually put in there. I get a bill I pay my bill but what's to prove that's how much yes I actually got?
