Our critical plotter shut down and we needed it repaired ASAP. Apollo got the parts in 1 day and had a technician out the next. Pamela & Kristina were timely and competitive with the quotation and scheduling. Alexander who did the repair did an overall tune up on the machine in addition to installing the parts Apollo supplied and it works as good as when it was new. We couldn't be more pleased with Apollo and will be using them for all our equipment supplies and repairs going forward.

We have used Apollo for a few years now and they are amazing. They were able to provide us with all of the machines and technical support necessary for our large projects, as well as maintain our separate office. Extremely quick on repair or maintenance calls. Was even able to help find us nice used office furniture. I highly recommend them and their staff is very friendly and attentive. Great company to use!

Needed a large printer for our small nonprofit. Apollo got us a great machine that has saved us a ton on printing. Also, I have appreciated the great customer service we have received whenever we had an issue or question regarding our service.

Any time I have had to use Apollo for a job they have had a very speedy response time in any matter. They are always very friendly and put the customer above all. I would recommend them to anyone for office system needs!

These guys are the real deal! Always prompt at returning calls and there when we need them. Comparison shop if you want (we did), but it turned out to be a waste of time, they beat 3 other competitors hands down! Highly recommended!

We have done business with Apollo for approximately 5 years.. And for the most part everything has been pretty decent. Until this last copier we received from them. We are a high volume Dr's office. But we received our so called new copier we were unable to receive faxes and copy at the same time. So they took it back and gave us a refurbished copier that only works half of the time. So we are waiting thank goodness our contract will end soon !!!From July 2015 till Feb 2017 I didn't receive any invoices from Apollo for the extra copies that we make..... So at the end of Feb 2017 or beginning of March 2017...I received a visit from the owner of Apollo along with all the invoices from July 2015 -Feb 2017 at one time !!! Well as you can imagine these bills totaled up to be a little over 5 grand !!! But I was offered to either pay or sign for a new copier.... but of course I explained that I would have to speak with both of my Dr's.... And I also explained that they are not ever in the office at the same time... During the entire conversation my co-manager and myself both felt like we were being threatened.And as of today I am not being threatened with Attorneys for bills that they know for a fact I did not received until about 30 days ago.... I have started making payments on the previous invoices....the emails and phone conversations all are very threatening !!! I have never done business with someone that treats me or my company like this.... and yes it was one of the owners of the business himself !! Once contract is done I am looking for a reputable copier place !!! I don't believe they deserve any stars for poor business and threatening people !!!

Very unprofessional called got a bid $80 an hour $25 trip charge. After I got the initial quote I had to give a credit card within two minutes to hit my card for $250. Then they're going to call me Friday to set up an appointment never heard from anybody and then on Monday morning I did get a call from a Gentleman very nice very knowledgeable however I get a call two days later with the bill. He was there a little longer than an hour he was visiting telling a little bit about his experience with this company worked on the machine 30 to 40 minutes nothing was wrong he told me some things to watch and then I got a call from the company with the $461 bill $180 an hour for the service call and they billed me for two hours plus travel charge he job .they dropped a bill 221 1hours time and $180 an hour plus I guess a trip charge I don't know what happened to the aid hear what happened to 25 should've been 105 just proceed with caution

They could be considered crooks. They never told me that the warranty repair that they were sent to fix, wasn't a warranty repair. So I received an invoice. (which is not the point) The point is every time I spoke with them, I mentioned it was warranty. I was never told that it would not be. If I would have been told, I would have asked for a quote or fee schedule. I sent their invoice to the warranty provider but While in the process of speaking with the Warranty service provider that sent them to me, they invoiced me three more times because they got mad that I was waiting to hear back from the warranty provider. Not only am I leaving this review, but I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Please do not use their service. Not because they don't do a good job, because customer communication is not a priority and vengefulness, attitude and hatefulness is all that a customer can expect.
