Mia, The sales rep that helped me, greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. While helping me select a new phone and going through the transfer process, She looked for every possibility with saving me money and told me how to take advantage of the different promotions that could potentially save me even more.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. The amount of disrespect the hispanic male employee had to my 70 year old father was ridiculous. He lied to our face 3 different times, about price, upgrade fees and did not explain what a sales tax fee was. Plus no one wanted to man up and say they were a manager to fix the problem.

Honestly the customer service was a 10/10 they got me exactly what i asked for and the price was way better than i thought. I recommend this store to anyone who likes organization.

Legit the worst customer service ever. Spoke to the rep who told me I’d have no down payment and they would wave the activation fee since it’s a business account.
No problem if I have to pay a deposit or some stupid crap if it’s made known up front. We say for 1 hour as they screwed up the process and couldn’t figure out how to set the lines up the first day. They contacted me after I left and told me to come back they had it figured out. 2nd trip to the store that day the manager was gone and people at store were not able to help.
Came back the next day and sat for 4 hour! 4 insane hours while I am trying to run my business for the sales person to say now they want a $300 deposit and with taxes it comes out to almost $450… that is the definition of a bait and switch.
You will never get my money and now I am switching my home internet from your company. I may only be one person but I will not be giving my hard earned money to your company anymore. You don’t deserve my business.

Employees are very helpful with all my tech issues. Rather make the drive here than go to the store in La Marque.
