So I have a flat in a Sunday and of course the tire shops are closed I needed a breaker bar to get my lug nuts off so I go to Auto Zone I buy one get home it doesn't fit my lug nut key! So fast forward to Thursday I have lost my receipt and I really need my cash back not a gift card for store credit! Well Jennifer E is the best not only was she super nice but she took the time to go in the system and find my purchase so I would have a receipt so that I could then get cash back! Auto zone give her a raise! She went above and beyond to help make sure I was a satisfied customer! Jennifer has made Auto Zone my official auto parts store from now on! Thank you so much Jennifer!
