Due to recent health issues, I’ve had to farm out strenuous jobs and decided to try Indian Automotive. “I had an amazing experience going in. I called a day ago pertaining to my battery. TRAVIS walked me through everything…… he did a wonderful job. Not only did he take his time talking to me on the phone but when I arrived he walked me through my purchase of a new battery after he went and checked on my car before paying. He explained in detail what he was doing and the purpose of why he was doing it. He actually taught me a thing or two… he also gave great advice on a few odds and ends that needed to be done as well. Thank you Travis I’ll definitely be back for any future auto part needs. I really appreciate the time and effort that he put into what I needed and took stress away from the what ifs….”

“Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. “I was about to pull my two dead batteries out of my diesel truck this morning and head to O’Reillys to replace them until I found out about this place. I saved well over $200 by coming here instead of buying from the Auto Parts. I jumped my truck and drove there and was back in the truck within 10 minutes. They did everything turn the key and did it correctly! I highly recommend this establishment!”
