Came here to open a new account with boost. Immediately the sales person tells me he'll offer me 4 new phones if I open an account that same day. I agreed and he started the process he takes out 4 phones and starts activating them. Long story short I was only supposed to be charged $120 for my first month of service. I paid with my card they don't have a card scanner, the Sales person takes your card and steps away to do the transaction. When I checked on my bank account I see 2 different charges the first one is of $120 and a second transaction of $444. When I call boost to report this they tell me they only see $120 charge they don't understand what the second charge is for and expect me to get a detailed receipt from the location and basically tell me there isn't anything they can do about it. I'm glad my bank was able to handle the claim and reimburse my money. PLEASE, EITHER JUST PAY IN CASH OR DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT HE DIDN'T CHARGE YOU A DIFFERENT AMOUNT. Will not be returning to this location.

Faisal provides the best service over here. I had a phone fall overboard on my boat the day after I bought it. He gave me another at a v reasonable cost. They have the most up to date phones. I was so pleased I bought a tablet. That thing comes in very handy on my job. Thanks again guys and God bless. Didn't forget if you need a phone, great coverage or a tablet don't pass this place up.
