Came in here with my CTs, they said it had prior damage and the girl said it’s not that bad and they couldn’t fix it? t’s not that bad? I’m having back surgery! My back broke in half! How dare her say it’s not that bad! My life is a living nightmare atm! I’m pregnant and my back hurts so bad! This night mare is never going to end and bringing my car here just added to the stress! What company says they can’t fix a bumper?

Unfortunately, my newer vehicle was involved in a minor accident, and Caliber Collision is partners with the other party’s insurance company, so I agreed to go for an estimate. They were so helpful and easy to deal with that I went forward with having my vehicle repaired there as well. Alexis was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle came back to me in perfect condition. She even called to discuss the variety of wheel options; she didn’t have to do this. My vehicle was completed four days before the estimated completion date. It was super clean and the repairs look great.

Came in on 08/09/25 for estimate on scratch in passenger door from someone keying the young lady took pics of door and vin stated she would email or call us for the quote, 08/11/25 I call and rosemary answers and I explain the conversation with previous employee then asks for my name and vehicle info and then proceeds to ask for my phone number, I reply well shouldn’t you have all the information I filled it all out on the paperwork and she then states well we don’t have it then I reply don’t worry about it I’ll find a another company and rosemary said okay. was very unprofessional and rude when I asked about the status of the quote! Caliber Collision will never get our business since this is how your company speaks to people

Stay away at all costs. My daughter took her truck there for storm damage repair and had a bad experience. Parts were missing, windshield was installed wrong, wiper arms were put back on wrong sides and now we can’t get them back off to fix the problem. Very incompetent service center!

My husband was referred here from our insurance. Literally a few days turn around time to fix his tailgate after a fender bender. Professional and very courteous. Great establishment.
