A lot of good and small town feel, but electronically cbfcu is just behind.Several apps/ websites will simply say that your credit union doesn't support this service.While it is nice that they are so vigilant about cyber security I personally dislike that I have to get security code ls texted to me every other time I login on my phone.Very friendly and helpful people, just wish I didn't need help as much.

They fee'd me out of my account that I had since high school, so it was $1. 03 over drafted, due to the fees. Then failed to properly contact me by all available methods open to them to forwarn me about it. I did call to speak with someone about it. A person who didn't seem to understand English very well.Spoke with me. In speaking with her she told me why my account was closed and didn't have a answer or reason as to why no one at least sent me an email, like they have done before. I am out of town working.She just said sorry that I would have to open a new account. So now I would have to open a new account. However they can still continue to send me emails soliciting for my money and credit information.

We love CBCFCU! Everyone that works there always makes us feel like our concerns are a priority. Great service! Our favorite part of coming in is seeing Patti at the front desk. Patti is the best!

I've been banking here since 1997.The staff is top notch.Nobody is friendlier than Ms. Patty.That being said, fairly frustrated with the new banking app.

I have been banking at this Credit Union for thirty four years and have always been satisfied with the customer service, loan rates and online banking, however they changed the online banking feature and took away many of the conveniences that were offered before making it much more difficult to do transactions between my business and personal account. The response from their technical officer is that "it must be my computer". To change the system and then blame the customer for internal system problems is less than professional and blame shifting for a poor transition to a new system. I will be banking elsewhere in the future!

The staff is always welcoming and friendly! I would like to see the mobile app updated. It is extremely behind the rest of the banking apps. Being that most people use online these days It would be a great benefit to CBCFCU to invest some money to update the mobile banking app.
