“On a work trip with a flight in 1 day, my brand new (2 months) laptop motherboard fried in the middle of an important, active case. The help desk and store manager were willing to help out and expedite an exchange and transfer of data. Regardless of what the Manager said, the Head Geek was not willing to help, because it meant cutting to the head of the service line, unless I paid for the top service program (almost $200 per year / on a $500 Dell laptop). I had no choice and paid, and had the laptop updated, data transfered, and back in service before closing time. I can see the reasoning, but it still felt like extortion.”

“I dropped my phone in the pool, put it in rice (bad idea). My screen had water and I had rice in my phone so I could mot charge. Sat saved the day and proceeded excellent service at a reasonable price. I have used this store before and it is 5 star.”
