As a single mom, I have issues finding people that I can trust with my vehicle. Even with me being very knowledgeable about cars. I was sold a lemon and have constant issues with it. It’s also foreign so most mechanics don’t want to touch it let alone charge me an arm and a leg for labor. But a friend sent me to see Roman, and not only was he extremely honest. They were so reasonable with the labor costs. Took care of a big job quickly and made sure that there was nothing else pressing. Because my cars parts are expensive, instead of pressing me to get the job done. He gave me alternate solutions until I could afford it. I will never take my car to anyone else! These guys care about their community and get the job done right. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks to the guys at Cortez, godbless yall!

My jeep was there for over two weeks.The camshaft had to be rebuilt and Roman took of everything,he also rented me a car so I could get back and forth to work.These guys are amazing.

We trust Cortez with all of our auto repair needs. They do honest and excellent work on our vehicles. We have had oil changes, engine repairs, belt replacements, A/C refills and repairs, and more done with Cortez. They are honest with their work, and great about letting you know every step of the way what the issue is, what their plan is, and how much it's going to cost. They always send a follow up text a few days later to make sure everything is still working properly. As long as we are in Alvin we know who to trust with our cars!

Be careful. We wanted an oil change. A few days afterwards we had knocking in our car. No oil! We had.to buy a new car. Poor service.

Air con didn't work. $1100 to fix it. They were able to work some magic and got going for $80!!!. Instead of giving up, they went the extra mile. Fantastic service.
