This pharmacy never has orders ready when they say they are. I've received texts telling me to come pick up my orders and when I get there they say they just got them and won't be ready for 15 minutes. I even tried explaining that it is heart medication and I need to take it ASAP and the lead pharmacist is extremely unhelpful and has a poor attitude. She seems very unhappy to be where she is at. Older lady with glasses.

We have to use CVS now due to our insurance, which is kinda a pain but so is paying a huge amount for prescriptions so I'll go where they tell me. They've always been super nice, and it is the way home and easy to get in and out of. They have a drive through but I don't use it as I like to look at all the holiday stuff they have. I never buy anything even they they give me coupons every week but they got some cute stuff! They did help me get one prescription transferred that I was having an issue with so I appreciated that a lot! It's a clean place with friendly people and cute holiday stuff. I think that's worth a solid four stars!

Dealt with 2 of the pharmacy techs today. One was polite, but the other was extremely rude.

What a nightmare. Visiting from out of state, I decided to use CVS Alvin, for a Covid test for a Carnival cruise, I was going on Saturday April 09,2022. I scheduled an appointment, went thru the drive thru pharmacy and did everything required. The nightmare began trying to get the results. There was no notification. When I tried to find the results on line, one result said canceled, another said pending and a third said insufficient testing. I called but couldn't get thru. The automated system hung up on me, then after a third call and 16 minutes plus wait someone answered. When I told her that I had been on hold over 16 minutes, she said that there were only two people working and that I should call an 800 number to get the results for the Covid-19 take home kit. I told her I had done the pharmacy drive up Covid test yesterday. She then said "hold on" and proceeded to put me on hold. Ten minutes later, I hung up. I tried later, but could still not get thru to the pharmacy. Now I am supposed to be leaving on a cruise tomorrow and have no Covid results. If I can't get on the ship, CVS is responsible. I have taken numerous tests and have never had an issue. If you ever thought about using this pharmacy or store, I might think again. Oh and when I did sign up for an account with my information to try and find results, under notes and results was another an unknown persons name. Of course, so far impossible to contact the store. Maybe tomorrow.

I was very satisfied with my visit to CVS. I especially appreciate the quality of the service and the employees are always helpful.

Good store except the pharmacy. Some appear to be a little lazy which slows the process down considerably

Slowest CVS line ever, they couldn't get the one car in front of me out, so me, along with the rest of the cars left. Just go to Walgreens

Was given 20 percent off coupon with covid shot. Was made to become cvs member just to use it. Was then told after my card was already charged that the coupon I just got was expired... No offer to cancel order or get manager to override coupon.

Waited five min at the empty counter. Made conversation with the person I was with so they could here we were waiting. Never bothered to come to the counter to assist us even though they could clearly hear us.

I've been. Doing business with them since they first opened their doors. They always have what I need, and are both helpful, and courteous.

They have been out of medication I needed last two refills and I had to go to Pearland CVS. The last time they told me they would order and when I called back 3 -4 days later I was told they couldn't get it because wharehouse was out. I didn't get a call from them to let me know and I was excpecting them to have it filled. They were not helpful at all and when I checked around at other locations I was told that there should be a secondary source the stores can order from.

Always have to come back later after they say a specific time or date - once I had to call around different stores to find medication for my husband- staff didn't even offer to find it for us

One of the most important features about any pharmacy is the call system to request refills and transfer prescriptions from one pharmacy to another when you are out of town. When you call this pharmacy, the answering system is not only down but the phone just rings and rings for several minutes. Then, it appears as though the line picks up but no one says anything and the line hangs up on you. There is no dial tone to indicate that the line is disconnected. I was visiting relatives in the area and I ended up having to physically go to the pharmacy and wait for an hour to have the prescription transferred and filled. The staff was helpful, but the technical problem that is ongoing there was very inconvenient. I ended up travelling to a 24 hour Walgreens in the area because they had the technical problem and they were out of stock of another prescription we needed to fill on my second trip to this CVS.
