We had our high school reunion at the DeLeon & Son Hall- it was the perfect venue! The Hall is nice and spacious, which was perfect for our event. I loved having the well-lit outside space for folks to hang too! The DeLeon family was extremely helpful and communicative. Thank y’all for everything!

Awesome hidden venue. Had our nieces Quinceañera last night. Owners/managers were very accommodating. Made the whole process easy. Definitely more than enough room to social distance and alot of dance floor space. Would definitely recommend this hall.
DeLeon & Son Hall is a 4,800 SQ FT ballroom-style venue in the heart of Alvin, TX, with attractive amenities. Indoor, you will find the building embellished with beautiful hard flooring throughout, a mid-sized beauty room with a vanity set, a kitchenette, and a designated stage area should you have a DJ or band. Tables and chairs are included and can be arranged to your liking; in total, seating is provided for up to 200 guests. The outdoor ambiance starts with a covered patio uniquely adorned with an assortment of country decor and different lighting arrangements; as you continue to the backyard, you will find 1/2 acre framed with beautiful string lights. Enclosed are picnic tables and a large 20X20 FT wooden deck.
