Where do I begin. My wife and I were out of town on vacation and my stepdaughters car got a flat. She has 2 little ones and wasn't able to get out to get it fixed. We got back in town and drove to her place to see what we could do. I got enough air in the tire to drive it to the service department. They close at 7 and I arrived at 7:05. Needless to say everything was closed up. I went in just to see if they had a night drop so I could leave it for the next day. Jesse and Antonio were finishing up and I asked if I could leave the car. They asked what the issue was and I told them. They didn't hesitate at all and said let's bring it in and look at it. I figured it needed a new tire and that was the case. They replaced the tire for me. I went in expecting nothing and received the best service I can recall for a while. I work retail myself so know that customers and associates can definitely be a challenge. Jesse and Antonio are the type of people I look for when hiring. Treat them well and don't let them go.

I had a associate tell me to check on an item after 8pm because it hadn't been unloaded, no biggy. Come back at 8:10 to have the manager tell me they weren't letting anyone in the store because they close at 8:30... at 8:10.. honestly the dude clearly had no interest in being of any sort of help. I normally wouldn't bother with all this, but that guys attitude was just pathetic.

Walmart no longer offers"price matching" so I plan to shop Target from now on where price matching is available for 14 days after purchase! Target offers great sales + a 5% discount everyday with a Redcard debit or credit card. I will save money without sacrificing free delivery/pickup; furthermore, Target's return policy is the same as Walmart's, their produce is fresh and abundant and store & restrooms are always clean. Check out the price match guarantee at Target.com. In-store guarantees within 20 (?) miles and online shopping at 28 retailers, including Amazon & Walmart. So long Walmart.

It's Walmart, ya know? They've recently upgraded the self check out areas and the order pick-up stations, so that's nice if you utilize those options! The bathrooms could use updating, but that's really my only major critique/complaint. Every time I've gone to this location, I haven't had an exceptional or awful experience. I'll keep coming here for sure.

Needs to be updated they are so behind compared to other Walmart stores. Not all but some of the workers are helpful and friendly at this location.

It's not even 9 pm and self check out is closed ? No sign and I had to ask an employee--- she barely spoke .... I know it's late but not professional and the other lanes are backed up for at least 5 customers deep .... come on managers - step up and help out

If have never left a post about anything, this was worthy. Everything to be expected of pre-holiday shopping, but the wonderful gal who rang us up was incredibly nice. I believe her name was Ms. King. She let us use recyclable bags (even from another store) and she was so nice about getting everything set and organized. Thank you ma'am!

Just stopped in here. It's busy so the cashier was having to work really hard, yet she still greeted me with a friendly smile. The greeter did as well. Shopping here today was a pleasant experience. Stopped here again and unfortunately had a terrible experience this time. There was a column of shopping carts behind me in the parking lot blocking my path as I tried to back out of my parking space. The employee who was collecting the carts, and had put those carts where they were, just stood there and watched me try to navigate around them instead of moving them. Apparently Wal-Mart thinks that advertising that they have the lowest prices (which isn't even always true) means they don't need to treat customers with common courtesy.
