What a great experience utilizing Express Self Storage. The property manager, Angela, is wonderful. She made the processes simple and efficient. If you need a storage location in Alvin, Tx, please don't hesitate to use them!

Stored house hold items in two different lockers at this location for about 8 years with no issues at all. Super helpful and friendly staff who keep the location clean and safe.

After 6 years and approximately $6000 later we were notified that they required insurance on the unit(not required when we rented the unit),so we decided to empty the unit.The unit was filled with rodent poop and wasp mudd nest.I told the office worker about it and she said that they had a rodent problem several years ago.I believe they should have notified the tenants about this so maybe we could have saved some items The staff are very nice thats why I gave them the 2 stars..

Let me start off by saying that Express Self Storage is by far one of the most compassionate places I have ever dealt with. The amount of struggles I have been going through these past few months have been so stressful, but the fact that they worked with me until I paid off my past due balance is beyond one of the greatest blessings I've had this year. I am forever grateful for them and their property manager Angela❣️ she is the best!! ?

Absolutely good company, the storage unit was very clean and also cleaning weekly on the front road, the personnel in the office is very professional with the customer, and very helpful also in the 24 phone line service.

I've had a storage unit here for a few months now, and Angela has been quite helpful! I was recently locked inside the facilities and the gate wasn't working. "Access denied" kept showing up as a response. I called the number on the exit code box, and Angela quickly responded via text. I really enjoyed her quick response time to the matter as I was able to get out swift and safely! Thanks Angela!
