My dad has been here for years and the management has declined. When you drive by you think it has closed down. The property is unkempt and the financial products are old like the Alligator. They need blood new ideas. My dad is loyal to them.

We had to close our accounts because this bank is painfully stuck in the 80s. No Zelle and no banking app They happily allow transactions to clear so they can charge $30 per overdraft when an account is overdrawn. In Stark contrast Citibank has eliminated overdraft fees for their customers as they feel it was predatory on low income families.

I have had an account here for 4 years..On many occasions we would go to access our money after a direct deposit overnight is not posted. Let me just say that this bank is not an online bank and they update their system manually at 9:00 am the folllowing morning.. My husband went in to use his card at Home Depot today and it was declined knowing we had money...This bank is not an up to date bank.it opens at 9am and your lucky if your money is posted by 10am...Please bank somewhere else, you cannot make any depposits at their ATM's either..we are pulling our money out today as this has been an on going problem and I am not the only one, any one who has an account there, cannot access your money that's supposed to be there until a person comes in and pushes a button..Poor service as far as a bank

How is this bank still in business??? The drive thru is no more,, ask the employees when are they going to fix it,, they don't know and don't care,, it's just not working they say,, so I go in the lobby and it's empty except for 2 checkers and one of them is closed!! Been banking there since 1974,, guess it's time to leave. Almost as bad as our city streets...

Hours are not work friendly and transaction history does not update over the weekend or beyond 9-5 hours.

First National has been my family's bank for over fifty years. The people are great. The service is professional and friendly, not cold and impersonal like many chain banks who think of you only as a number. We've never had a reason to complain about anything!
