I walked in up to the register. A very nice lady asked if I had checked in online. I said no. She said I could go ahead and have a seat, and she would sign me in. No problem. I’m watching the screen for the wait time- 11 minutes. I’m wondering if someone is going to check in online and get ahead of me. At 5 minutes, another man walks in. She tells him the same thing. At 1 minute, she signs him in ahead of me and tells him to go to her chair. I was the only customer waiting for more than 7 minutes, and I’ve been there a lot. When she asked for my name, I gave it, stood up and walked out. My review on this place went from 5 stars to 1 star. I’m even a good tipper. I bring my two sons here. She straight up skipped over me. I went to Sports Clips around the corner. I’ll never go back to this Great Clips again. Three loyal customers gone.

Don't go here thinking you can get a good haircut when I showed them a picture for my kid and said I want this they told me they're not a barber shop which is kind of of ironic since this is a barber shop I mean if you're not a barber shop then you shouldn't be cutting hair then when they were done I had to make them cut the top of my kids hair because they just didn't cut it I don't what these people's problem is but I wouldn't go there

Great service& affordable too. It wasnot there for long, I said to myself let give it a try . Then I met Samira who was very friendly and professional. She made my haircut the way I asked to. She is very smart and nice. Definitely I’m gonna go back and I recommended everyone to go there you won’t regret it. Ali

You get what you pay for isnt always true here. I understood that for $18 i was getting a cheap prob not great clip. Today my clip was nowhere near what i asked for and then told that it was my head and not the cut that was wrong lol. She was done in 3 minutes and then asked me to tell her what i wanted again lol. Well it was too late then
