I spend way too much time in this store since my fiance started the process of opening a business. More than half the time I spend inside I'm looking for someone to assist me. There are no call buttons. It's very rare to find an employee actually in their department. I always have to go to find a cashier to call someone. Every time they say, "No one is over there?" Oh no they definitely were, that's why I walked all the way up here to ask you to call someone. I once waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the key machine before I gave up and paid 3x as much to use the self service machine. When the girl finally showed up I informed her I had already helped myself. I don't think it's a coincidence that the self service machine was installed right across from the stores key machine. Every time I've been to customer service they're involved in personal conversations with coworkers while I stand there waiting for them to be finished. If it wasn't the closest hardware store I wouldn't shop here at all.

This store is the worst. They never have flat carts because the employees use them to stock. It is very difficult to load and unload sheet material into a cart that hold them vertically. Especially 4x8 hardi board. I spent 20 minutes walking the entire store and parking lot to find a flat cart that was not full of stuff and blocking the isles. The only one had an employee sitting on it smoking a cigarette. Finally got a cart and loaded a couple sheets of Hardie board and some 2x4's. Go over to grab some screws and anchors couple of isles over and employee had unloaded my cart onto the ground and took my cart. I live in Alvin, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Just bought new refrigerator, haven’t had time to leave review, this is for delivery crew. They did great job, it was raining, but still got old one hauled away and new one installed very fast and efficient. I appreciate these hard working guys

If you’re going to lock up everything in the store to prevent theft, at least put associates in the store to open it up for the customers that are trying to pay for it. All you’re doing is limiting your sales.

My husband and I just left the store in Alvin.We ask 3 people for help getting blinds cut.30 minutes we waited.No one ever helped us.Very disappointed.Sorry for the bad review.

Store is so cluttered you can't get a basket through it. No cashiers only self-service. Prefer League City and clear lake.

I went to the store about 10 minutes before they closed to get some pvc piping and fittings for a well pump. An employee named Bruce was so helpful and patient with me. Helped me find everything I needed and was kind and very knowledgeable. I felt so rushed going in so late right before close but he was able to help me find everything I needed and still be out of the store 1 minute before they closed! Thank you Bruce! We just moved to the area and this will def. be my store!
