I cannot say enough great things about this Kroger pharmacy. The three pharmacists here consistently go above and beyond for their patients. Whether it’s calling insurance companies or reaching out to doctors, they take every step necessary to ensure their patients’ safety and care. Their dedication is truly unmatched.
This is one of the busiest Kroger pharmacies around, and with all the new rules and adjustments in place, it’s amazing how they still manage to provide top-notch service. They now have two drive-thru lanes, which means sometimes one person is juggling two patients at once talk about multitasking! The pharmacy technicians are some of the hardest-working people I’ve seen. Even during the hectic rush hours, they never make patients feel rushed. They’re always sweet, professional, kind, and incredibly smart.The entire team does their absolute best, despite the constant pace, and their positive attitudes are genuinely uplifting. They always strive to accommodate patients, even when medications are out of stock offering partial fills or alternative solutions to make sure no one goes without their medicine. I truly love this pharmacy and the people who work there. Their commitment to quality, compassion, and professionalism makes all the difference. Thank you all for everything you do!

Whoever the pharmacist was on June 11th in the afternoon, will be the reason I pull my prescriptions. Zero compassion and Zero help to solve a refill issue. Dr's office verified my script should have been filled.

I love the Kroger pharmacy in Alvin Tx. I used them for years before being forced to go to Walgreens in 2024 where every refill required multiples calls and trips to the store. So when my insurance allowed me to return to Kroger in 2025, I RAN BACK! So far, auto refill is working perfectly at Kroger and my orders are ready when they say they’re ready. I am one happy customer!! ❤️

These have to be the rudest people I've ever met in my life. She couldn't get my insurance card to work. Blamed me, not her knowledge of their system. When the mgr came over and got it fixed, there was no apology, no thank you for your business, nothing. Kroger should fire them all and just straight over, bc at this point their attitude will contaminate any new hire they train.

This Pharmacy fills the medication.And that's about the only good thing that I can say for them. They apparently have more power than the Doctor Who is writing the prescriptions, so we also have to keep that in mind (although I have a feeling that's pretty common Across the Nation these days). What really irritates me the most is that they have a little booth there for having private conversations. Literally the entire reason for the booth. But every single time that I have a surgery that requires a few days worth of pain meds my poor mother has to go in there and argue with the pharmacist about it. Of course they insist on doing it right there for the entire store to hear. Heaven forbid they take her to the little booth.It's incredibly unprofessional. You know if you want to berate me, the least you can do is like take me or mom to the little booth and do it. It's also private and personal health information that they're blaring for anyone with an air shot to hear. I've contacted Kroger themselves about it and then never heard back. And yeah I could switch pharmacies and then all they would do is forward whatever the heck their problem is with me over to the one I'm going to. And then that makes it look suspicious because I have the nerve to leave the pharmacy of course. So I just stay and continue to play the little game.

I was in town visiting and needed an epinephrine pin. They are the slowest pharmacy I’ve been to. They had plenty of employees working. They were running around like they were lost.

Only pharmacy I know that sends everyone to lunch at same time and closes the whole pharmacy. Even store customer service said it makes no sense. Their also rude and almost everytime they tell me they didn't get one or all my prescriptions. My nurse ends up sending them 4 or 5 times before they say they got them. I'll pick up meds and it will say 2 refills and when I go in for refill the pharmacy will say I have none. Absolutely worst pharmacy in Alvin.

The only pharmacy that not only consistently runs out of medication but this time chose to lie to me and sat they hadn't had it for a few months. I got it filled there the month before.... When they do have your meds they are extremely slow. Avoid this one at all costs. The store itself is great its just the pharmacy that needs to be gutted.

I would like to thank the lady's Mrs Anne and mrs Aniha for there excellent service in the pharmacy. there was a mess up on my doctors end for my medication. even when I got to Kroger it was out of stock and being days without my medication I was feeling very very sick. these two ladies did everything in there power to get me my medication that day. they are so sweet and deserve a lot of praise. it's people like this that make this world a better place. thank you very much ladies. God bless

The young men that carry out the pick up orders are the best! Caleb has always been kind and helpful and it appears that he's training the others to be just efficient. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

It's a grocery store not very well organized. I hate the layout not a very good selection. I've been to better stores.
