Very unprofessional, the worst service I've had in 22 years. Shows no respect at all to women and talks back as you were his child. I could say he is racist. Besides of the long wait outside the property because nobody is there unless you call them letting them know you on your way there.

Fast, friendly and affordable. We got stuck out in the heat with a car that had broken down, and 14 minutes later they were there to get us back home. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Unprofessional. Racist. Money hungry. Had us waiting hours till he got back because he’s the only one running this place. Cost us $320 for an illegal tow. He only had the car in his lot for 6 hours which 2 were because of him being in Dickinson. Wouldn’t accept our $1 bills because of “covid”. Only friendly when I called the cops to help because he refused to let our car go with CASH in hand. Doesn’t have a DEBIT/CREDIT card machine.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. My girl got in a accident and she allowed them to tow my car to her home which is 5mins away to me and they get here and the man said its gonna be 400$ just for 5 mins to go down the street. I had no choice because she unknowingly let them pick it up so i let it go and paid, but asked for my receipt so i can get reimbursed from my insurance company. Its been FOUR weeks since that day and i have texted and called three 3 to 4 times a week and everytime "its our software is not working so ill make a handwritten one, so send the information" or "The software is not working i will send it now once i get done doing what im doing". These people are crooks and i wouldnt deal with them if i were you!

Very good wrecker service company. My wait time was only 30 minutes which is a lot better than calling League City towing that takes well over an hour. Nice folks here and professional.
