Over the phone, I experienced low energy and bland monotone conversation as I ask about the company. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and come in to see if it would be any different, but I am not very impressed.

I was immediately asked for what I was looking, escorted to the display, and given it. Then to another area where I browsed. Very good experience. I recommend McCoy's on a Saturday morning.

Great sale on Top Soil and Mulch. Went by to pick up a few bags. Even had an employee put them them in my truck. Quick and easy shopping.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.Building is very clean. I was loading bags of gravel when a young man on a forklift saw me, he jumped off came over and said let me do that for you. Very polite young man.
