“I shopped at the Webster, Texas DXL. Both Jamie & Benjamin were a tremendous help. The store had a great variety of very modern clothes, ranging from shorts, casual shirts, shoes, jeans, dress pants/shirts, accessories & suits, as well. The store & service I received exceeded my expectations. I purchased a blazer & jeans yesterday, then returned today for a second blazer. Great store, great service!!!”

Then looked around and found a flannel on clearance that i really liked, but also didnt have my size.Heavenly and Aiden were awesome and found the exact two items my size at memorial city mall. I have a very hard time finding jeans that fit well, and she brought me several pairs that fit perfectly in no time. I will legitimately go back here just to have her help me pick jeans.

“putting in a review for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! i came around 5-6pm on 6/12. i came to dillards for something very specific after running around in the whole mall not finding what i needed. this lady approached me and helped me find what i needed, she was very kind and very patient with me! i forget her name but i remember her saying she was the third floor customer service manager. if i ever do come to dillards again i would immediately go looking for her! :)”

“This was probably my best experience with Foot Locker. I was helped by a young man named Yimi. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. He had to do a lot of running around for us to find the shoes we wanted. In the end, they didn't have the shoe we wanted in the right size. This didn't stop Yimi from being helpful. He searched other stores in the area and gave us the address of one close by that had what we were looking for. Overall, the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back in the future.”
“Went in to the baboon location today to rent a tux. Ron greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by no less than 2 other employees as well. Ron helped me pick out a tux, answered all of my questions, and made great recommendations. I was in and out in all of 30 minutes. Thank you Ron for making this experience super easy!”

“I got time and other errands to run, so no harm no foul (still get 5 stars because I'll be back lol) but your hours say open at 10am, it's 10:15 and that cage is most definitely down. Maybe change the hours if y'all don't open at 10”

“This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.
Prices were not terrible and seemed affordable. Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.”
“I love Hollister clothing because it is affordable and good quality. I have been buying their jeans for years now. My weight have fluctuated over the years and no matter what I could always find my size there. Other places it has been very difficult to find a size that fits my thighs and my waist. I’ve never had a problem when I go to the store. The variety of the clothes change often so you’ll never see repeat clothes. This is perfect if you want something new. I recommend going here! The s staff are so nice and always willing to help no matter what. I will continue to shop here for many more years.”
