“I had a very good shopping experience today. I picked up a couple of items and was greeted by Hunter, who asked if I needed a basket and if I needed help finding anything. I told him I did need help finding sweaters and he suggested a couple of them and led me to where they were. I couldn't find a particular color in my size and he looked for availability and explained how I could order it at the register and get free shipping. I was walking around looking for socks and was approached by a group of employees who asked if I needed help finding anything and led me right to them. At the register Grace helped me order my sweater and join the rewards program. She was very nice and helpful. And everything I bought was on sale at fabulous prices! I'll definitely shop here again.”

“Experiences are not always negative; they can be quite positive. However, the poor communication and lack of respect for customers and their journey make the manager, Jas, highly disrespectful and ruin the experience. Her body language does not display appropriate behavior, and her voice tone is aggressive. I do not appreciate the journey when she is present. She fails to sell what is needed and fails to demonstrate what is desired. Therefore, I give her zero stars. Everyone else communicates effectively and with passion. As a manager, Jas, your customer service is subpar. I will not spend money while you are there. You are unprofessional and lack excellent customer service etiquette.”

“This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.

“I love Hollister clothing because it is affordable and good quality. I have been buying their jeans for years now. My weight have fluctuated over the years and no matter what I could always find my size there. Other places it has been very difficult to find a size that fits my thighs and my waist. I’ve never had a problem when I go to the store. The variety of the clothes change often so you’ll never see repeat clothes. This is perfect if you want something new. I recommend going here! The s staff are so nice and always willing to help no matter what. I will continue to shop here for many more years.”

I’ve sold here twice and each time made more than 140 bucks. Yall need to relax and realize they sell towards older teens and young 20’s, also name brand stuff like American eagle and Lulu, so yalls 80 tee shirt probably won’t sell like how a Lulu shirt will today. When I sell I think about brands, size, condition, and season!
