I don’t remember the Names of the two girls (blonde with short hair and one With long black hair) who were working the other night, but they went above and beyond to help me and my parents switched over to Metro. They were very thorough and patient with my parents because they had a hard time understanding how the process works. They honestly had more patience with my parents than I Have with my parents, lol

The women working there are absolutely amazing at their job, very helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely a pleasure to chat with incredibly funny genuinely beautiful people I'd recommend this store hands down!!!!

So disappointed ! I took my Wi-Fi box I got from them to the store because it doesn’t wanna stay on( after I called 611 customer care and they told me to bring it in). The employee pressed the button 100xs and then said “ohh it’s the button that’s not working “ like uhhhh duhhh ! He gets it to turn on and the manager walks in and said he couldn’t help me because it’s on! I even told him it stays on for a maybe 5/10 mins and then turns off he again said “It’s on now there’s NOTHING I CAN DO “ SUPER RUDE ! He didn’t even bother to get my number or my name to look into my account nothing just gave me attitude and was DEFINITELY NOT CARING TO HELP! If you don’t care or even bother to care a little bit about your job ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A MANAGER!!!! Get a new career! Seriously!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars, everytime I come here the guy is always trying to rush me, never awnsers my questions, horrible costumer service sold me a phone, screen protector and case did NOT fit the one got a new moto 2023 the case and screen protector was to a 2022. Told him about it and ignored me, highly recommend going to the one on highway 6 they fixed all my issues in a second just a horrible experience.
