Came into the Alvin location here in did not have very much information to get into my account to pay my bill.
Donna quite a bit of time and figure it out how to get into my account to pay my bill.
Took her a total about 35 minutes but believe me she got in there and got all of my bills paid so that I am actually paid up for 2 months and I have all of my information and my phone now so if anybody ever needs any help paying your Verizon bill or anything to do with the phone please come up here and see Donna she is blesseing to all of US!!!!!!!”
