I brought in a 2019 Silverado with one of the bad 8 speed transmissions. It was a really tough deal. After I got the truck back there was a problem with a valve requiring a return to the shop. The shop stayed on the problem and got the problem resolved. Ronnie was a man of his word. Good job. Thanks

Ronnie and his crew are the go-to transmission guys around the area. My truck had severe transmission problems caused from a negligent shop that would not and could not get it right. Finally, I had enough and found Moore Transmission, Ronnie not only accepted the job but diagnosed the actual problems and made it right. Also stood behind his warranty when I had a couple of kinks with the transmission a year later no questions asked. Took our Chevy in for a transmission issue, Ronnie quickly assessed it and determined the problem. We ended up needing a rebuild and he was very conscientious of the turnaround time, needed parts, cost involved, and communicating back to us. We were back up and running in about 5 business days, the rebuild has a 3 year warranty, and the truck is running great. Very pleased!

take my mustang in there an they tell me the same day that i need a rebuilt transmission for 4500$ (mind you my car drives fine when it does jus sometimes wont go into gear) an after i declined i asked my friend whos a mechanic to look at it an turns out its jus a bad torque converter... 200$ part and ex labor smfh will never take a car here again. Supposed to help people not try an steal there money for a ez repair... It was the owner too who told me i needed a new trans. Trash 0/10

I was recommended to him by 4 people after I had a bad experience at another place. He was easy to get a hold of @ Christmas time. Very knowledgeable about whats going on with my Malibu. I have only heard good tbings about his business and him personally. Ive heard people saying he's expensive but out in this world you get what you pay for..and I believe he's worth every cent. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I just picked my truck up from here today after having the transmission rebuilt. Ronnie was very knowledgeable. The work was done sooner than promised and the cost was less than half of what the dealership quoted me. They also warrantied their work 3 year/36,000 miles. I will definitely use them the next time I have a transmission issue.

Had my transmission rebuilt and had to take out a loan(I'm poor) 6 months later having problems with the first gear staying engaged until I release the gas and then it shifts would not warranty it and said there was water in the transmission. Only two ways to get water in leak on the radiator lines which did not happen or go through water which would have to be 3 feet. Water would have came through the doors never happen. They said I need a new transmission and would not honor the warranty. I will never go to this rip off place again
