“I like to reserve rentals in the app and go pick them up, so far no problems with this redbox location. I have learned that there is no option inside the Redbox app to cancel a reservation, instead a time-consuming phone call needs to be made to customer service. In the event that the Redbox machine is down, cancelling a reservation over the phone is not convenient. I don't like being charged for a DVD rental reservation that I couldn't get access to.”
