Service at Reliant was excellent. Was trying to schedule recall service, and the web site was a bit confusing. Not only did they reach out to me, but they changed their website to make it clearer. Got us in the next Saturday and we were in and out in no time.

Very nice group of guys. They are very pushy on a sale which is never a good sign. But buyers please be aware they do charge a dealership Prep Fee. Never pay a dealership additional money. They are making plenty already off of you trust me. They would have probably won my business right away if I did not see those sales... read full comment
