“I was having trouble with my low tire warning system and the valve stem on my spare was pointing upward underneath my vehicle, I went to 2 different tire locations here in Santa Fe and nether one would help me. I have been repeat customer at both locations. I’m disabled and this was a job I just couldn’t tackle, after the two tire shops here in Santa Fe would not help me. I decided to try my luck with KWIK KAR MIKE S. They were glad to help me.. They dropped my spare tire, inspected it and me back on the road with my low tire system working!!!!”

“Today, I had an experience that makes you feel like there is still hope. I pulled up to one of the bay doors where I was greeted by a young man named Richard. He was very courteous and informative, He explained to me all my service options, then I selected a full synthetic oil change. I took a seat in the waiting area, Richard returned to explain to me the condition of several items on my truck and asked if I wanted any of these items tended to. Once all the services were complete he thanked me and complimented me on my truck. As a business owner, I appreciate this kind of dedication by an employee. What a great experience!!! Thank you Sir!! Attempted an oil change with inspection on wife's car and they wanted to put the highest priced oil and added charge for skid plate drop. At least they asked me first. Oil change prices are not posted. So make your own choice when picking a place to go. Also gets a free car wash with oil change.”
