“Being new to Texas, I needed help in navigating a renewal inspection. As I drove up, a young man (think it was Greg-not sure) came up to the car and assured me I was in the right place-AND I WAS! He took me into the waiting room-then several men came out and met me. I was put at ease as they took over. When finished they came up and gave me good news and took the time to tell me how and where to “finish” the process. Being a Goldie Oldies, the kindness and professionalism is very much appreciated.
