Bought a battery last year, lost the receipt came to try to warranty it, they laughed in my face and removed the battery stickers on the battery itself and told me the most they can do is a 10$ store credit since it wasn’t put under my phone number worst customer service experience EVER

A big thank you to Jennifer the assistant manager in the Alvin store! What a hard worker! I called and ordered parts for my truck, paid, when I came to grab the parts she was stocking the shelves with heavy items, stopped what she was doing and went beyond every expectation! It's people like you that promise return customers. I don't normally write reviews, this lady deserved a great one! Thank you again!
